Did you know that we can connect to your PC or Laptop (With your Permission) over the internet and fix a majority of software related problems. All you have to do is contact us to arrange a time, then download and run the TeamViewer software on your PC. We will then be able to inspect, and fix, your computer directly from our office, as if we were in front of your PC. All you need is a broadband Internet connection.
Times of Availability
Monday - Friday from 9:30AM to 5PM
Saturday from 10:30AM to 2:30PM
Please note we will normally schedule a time to call you back and initiate the remote support session.
Costs & Payment Methods
Our services will be charged in blocks of time.
Our rate is $14.50 for every 10 minutes online. If you are an Account Holder, we can charge it directly to your account.
If paying by credit card, we will take a copy of your credit card details and debit the credit card at the end of our session.
If we are unable to fix your problem online, there is no charge for our time.
How do I start a remote support session?
Before the prearranged time, click on the download link at the top of the page.
If you see a Security Warning box appear. Click on the 'Run' button. This will download and then start the TeamViewer program.
If a Save dialog box appears, set the save loacation to your Desktop and then click on the 'Save' button. Once the program has downloaded, you will see a new icon on your desktop.
Left double click the TeamViewer program to start the program.
When in contact with our office, we will now be able to complete the connection process.
