We have a minimum $60 Incl GST for the first 30 minutes of time onsite, including travel. We have an onsite hourly rate of $100 Incl GST.

We charge $20 incl GST per 10 minute block of time.

We noted that you are having issues with your Modem, Internet and/or Wireless. We recommend that this is booked in as an Onsite Visit, as we are unable to look at these issues instore or via Remote Support.

Please note that our booking times start from 9:30am through to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we do not offer requested call-backs and onsite appointments on Saturday's or Sunday's.
